Goodwood Park Hotel is hosting its yearly Durian Fiesta, featuring new creations and beloved classics that have delighted guests since 1983. From March 10th to July 31st, 2017, fourteen premium durian desserts, including six new additions, will be available, all crafted using the finest D24 and Mao Shan Wang durians.
The featured desserts include the new D24 Starry Starry Night Ice Cream Cake, the D24 Sunflower Seed Crumble Tartlet, the D24 Cashew Nut Crumble Tartlet, the D24 Matcha Cake, and the D24 Salted Caramel Cuppa. Returning favorites include the D24 Mousse Cake, D24 Puff, D24 Crêpe, and tubs of D24 and Mao Shan Wang ice cream. To add to the excitement, limited-edition releases and the debut of Spiky the Bear, the Fiesta mascot, are planned.
Min Jiang, the hotel’s Sichuan and Cantonese restaurant, will offer a new dim sum treat: D24 Fried Sesame Balls (榴莲炸煎推). These glutinous rice flour balls are deep-fried, filled with fresh durian mousse, and served immediately.
The Coffee Lounge will feature durian pastries in its dessert buffet during lunch and dinner.

D24 STARRY STARRY NIGHT ICE CREAM CAKE; 星光闪闪 (new) | S$13 per slice; S$33 for a 350g cake; S$58 for a 700g cake - This year’s version of the popular durian ice cream cake features charcoal sponge cake around creamy durian ice cream, adorned with gold stars made from icing and dark chocolate.
D24 MOUSSE CAKE; D24 榴莲慕斯蛋糕 | $11 per slice; $65 for 1kg cake; $125 for 2kg cake; S$185 for a 3kg cake - The iconic cake that debuted at the first Durian Fiesta in 1983 is back, featuring an abundance of durian mousse.
D24 PUFF; D24 榴莲泡芙 | S$9 for two pieces; S$23 for six pieces; S$62 for 20 pieces - These signature Goodwood Park Hotel cream puffs are filled with creamy durian.
D24 CRÊPE; D24 榴莲蛋饼 | S$12 per piece; S$69 for eight pieces - Thin crepes are filled with creamy durian pulp.
D24 ICE CREAM TUB; D24 榴莲冰淇淋 | S$19 per tub
MAO SHAN WANG ICE CREAM TUB; 猫山王榴莲冰淇淋 | S$28 per tub - Enjoy durian ice cream at home with these convenient 16oz (about 450g) tubs.

D24 CASHEW NUT CRUMBLE TARTLET; D24 榴莲腰果迷你挞 (new) | S$11.80 for 2 pieces; S$30 for six pieces - These pastries feature durian mousse, buttery vanilla crumble, and either sunflower seeds or cashew nuts. The tartlet base is made with Oreo cookies.

D24 MATCHA CAKE; D24 榴莲抹茶蛋糕 (new) | S$12 per slice; S$60 for 500g cake - This pastel green cake features white chocolate pearls, a white chocolate fan, and Italian-style sponge fingers. Matcha mousse and a white chocolate center are surrounded by durian mousse and almond sponge, and topped with a matcha-white chocolate glaze.
D24 SALTED CARAMEL CUPPA; D24 榴莲咸焦糖蛋糕 (new) | S$12 per cup - Layers of almond sponge, durian mousse, panna cotta, and salted caramel are topped with vanilla crumble and crushed pistachios.
From May 27th to July 31st, the following items are available for takeaway at The Deli:
MAO SHAN WANG’ POWER PUFF; 巨大猫山王榴莲泡芙 | S$19.80 per piece - These jumbo-sized profiteroles, filled with Mao Shan Wang durian, are available from 12 pm to 7 pm.
MAO SHAN WANG MOUSSE CAKE; 猫山王榴莲慕斯蛋糕 | S$65 for 500g - This luxurious take on the hotel’s original Durian Mousse Cake is made with Mao Shan Wang durian pulp.
MAO SHAN WANG DESIGNER CAKE; 猫山王榴莲创意蛋糕 | S$50 for 350g - This cake resembles the durian fruit, with a ‘husk’ made of fresh cream and ‘flesh’ of Mao Shan Wang durian mousse.
