Executive Chef Huzaidy and their team have designed the Bazaar Desa buffet to showcase the diverse street food culture found throughout Malaysia during Ramadan. Bazaar Desa, also known as ‘param,’ which is short for pasar Ramadhan (Ramadan market), will feature favorites like banana with cheese, mee rebus tulang, kacang pool and various condiments, the restaurant’s signature oven-roasted lamb, chicken and beef satay, three different types of laksa, and khatirah juice. The dessert station offers two kinds of sweet porridge, local cakes and cookies, ice cendol, lai chee kang, puddings, ice cream, and dates.

Main courses highlight steamed butter fish in Sze Chuan mala sauce, lemongrass chicken, and lo han chai (a Chinese vegetarian dish). Malay cuisine is represented by tomato rice, lontong goreng, fish asam pedas, and roti canai, while Indian cuisine features murtabak, idly, ediyappam, and marinated chicken perchik on shawarma.

The Bazaar Desa dinner buffet costs RM95 nett per adult and RM45 nett for children aged 8 to 12. An early bird voucher, available until June 19, 2015, reduces the buffet price to RM80 nett per adult and RM40 nett per child. Accor Plus members receive an additional 10% discount.
