The upcoming THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2023, a premier food and beverage industry event, will take place from May 23-27, 2023 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani in Bangkok, Thailand. This year’s event features 11 signature trade shows, six special shows, and a focus on innovation, bold concepts, and advanced solutions. With approximately 3,000 exhibitors from 43 countries and over 60,000 trade visitors from more than 120 countries anticipated, organizers aim for a total transaction value of 70,000 million baht, including over 1.5 billion baht in online sales.
THAIFEX - Anuga Asia strengthens its role as a global trade facilitator with the introduction of new country pavilions, including Sri Lanka and Western Australia. The event will showcase sustainable practices across the value chain by presenting innovative and environmentally friendly production methods, such as carbon footprint and Eco Score labeling, and highlighting zero-waste and food waste products.
For the first time, THAIFEX - Anuga Asia will include a dedicated space for the hotel, restaurant, and catering (HORECA) industry. This new trade show, scheduled for March 6-8, 2024, at IMPACT, Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok, Thailand, aims to draw over 300 leading brands and 20,000 trade visitors from Southeast Asia and key Asia Pacific cities, offering inspiring and forward-thinking solutions.

The 9th Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge, featuring over 700 professional and aspiring international chefs competing for top honors in 19 categories across four awards. This year’s live cook-off aims to elevate Asian culinary skills and cuisines while introducing new ingredients to create delicious, plant-based Asian dishes.
The Future Food Experience+ stage will host industry experts and thought leaders discussing current food and beverage megatrends, the future of protein, plant-based trends, and new processing technologies.
