Spice World Hot Pot, a restaurant recognized for its creative food presentations, high-quality ingredients, and attentive service, is commemorating its first anniversary in Singapore with exciting new dishes at its spacious 200-seat location.

One standout offering is the “Bullish Day” platter (牛气冲天, S$36.90), which showcases various cuts of sliced beef, tripe, and tongue. Diners can also enjoy traditional handmade beef balls (牛肉丸, S$15.90), prepared fresh daily. Another must-try is the “Tender Milk Beef” (牛奶嫩牛肉, S$15.90), featuring sirloin slices marinated in milk, presented with an artistic flair - a guardian minotaur with clouds seemingly emanating from its nostrils.

Spice World Hot Pot takes great pride in its visually appealing dishes. “The Mermaid” (美人鱼, S$18.90), for example, takes inspiration from the sought-after “Premium Barbie Beef Wagyu,” featuring red tilapia slices meticulously arranged around a doll to resemble a mermaid.

Sustainably sourced US scallops (秘制带子, S$19.90), marinated in a blend of 16 herbs and spices, and Australian hairy abalone (秘制毛贝, S$12.90 per piece) promise a unique and flavorful hotpot experience.

Due to popular demand, Spice World Hot Pot is thrilled to announce the permanent addition of its milk tea hot pot to the menu. Initially introduced as a trial offering two months ago, this dessert sensation has become a favorite among regular patrons. Guests can savor Assam or Matcha milk tea accompanied by an assortment of sweet and savory toppings, such as taro, purple sweet potatoes, pumpkin, yam, coconut, fruit jellies, and milk beef. Served with straws, the “Ying-Yang mala and Bubble Milk Tea” hotpot combination is priced at S$39.90.
