Soar to new heights with Lunar New Year festivities at the Pan Pacific Singapore

From January 1st to February 25th, 2024, Pan Pacific Singapore presents Lunar New Year specialties designed to bring prosperity.

Hai Tien Lo (海天楼)

This acclaimed restaurant serves refined Cantonese cuisine with modern influences. Throughout the Lunar New Year season, Hai Tien Lo will emphasize its celebratory menus: 

Set menus - January 22nd to February 25th

Priced from S$128 per guest, choose from eight set menus crafted by Executive Chef Ricky Leung. This includes the “Joyous Abundance” menu at S$498 per person, featuring dishes like Chef Leung’s signature braised South African abalone with truffles and crispy sea cucumber, alongside double-boiled fish maw and dried scallops in fish bone broth.

Àla carte menus - January 22nd to February 8th

Throughout the Lunar New Year period, special dishes are available, such as braised imperial swiftlet’s nest with lobster and bamboo pith (S$128 per person). The lunch dim sum selection also includes festive offerings like lobster dumplings.

Yusheng - January 22nd to February 24th

Enjoy yusheng platters for dine-in (January 22nd to February 8th) or takeaway (January 22nd to February 24th). Options abound, featuring lobster, abalone, and smoked salmon.

  • Abundance yusheng: whole abalone, lobsters, scallops, coral clam, dragon fungus, and crystalline ice plants (S$288 large, dine-in only).
  • Vitality yusheng: lobster, classic whole abalone, smoked salmon, and dragon fungus (S$228 large, S$168 small).
  • Double Blessings yusheng: smoked salmon, crispy silver whitebait, and dragon fungus (S$128 large, S$88 small).
  • Nutritious Prosperity yusheng (vegetarian): crystalline ice plant, vegetarian jerky, and garden greens (S$88 large, S$68 small)

Enhance your yusheng with additions like Boston lobster meat, ten-head whole abalone (six pieces), Hokkaido scallops (six pieces), and Norwegian salmon.

Edge - January 22nd to February 25th

The diverse local and international buffet features a “make your own Edge Specialty yusheng” station and Peking duck.

Keyaki - January 22nd to February 24th

Enjoy Japanese-inspired yusheng for dine-in. The “Premium” yusheng (S$388, serves six to ten) showcases lobster, tuna, salmon, yellowtail, salmon roe, sea urchin, and gold and silver flakes. The “Wafu” yusheng (S$168, serves three to five) offers tuna, salmon, yellowtail sashimi, shredded pumpkin, and jellyfish. 

Festive takeaways

Delight in auspicious takeaway treats from Pan Pacific Singapore’s online shop. Select from Hai Tien Lo’s two pencai (盆菜) offerings: the time-honored “Classic Treasure Pot” and the “Double Dragon Blessing Premium Treasure Pot,” available for takeaway orders between January 1st and February 24th, 2024. Starting from S$398, these pencai feature delicacies like eight-head whole abalone, dried oysters, sea cucumber, fish maw, dried scallops, and roasted duck. Delivery and self-collection are available from January 18th, 2024.
