Rasel offers artisanal catering services

Rasel Catering Singapore, a top-tier halal catering service, has enhanced its offerings to become a leader in the industry.

Alan Tan, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Rasel Catering Singapore, highlighted the company’s focus on meeting the evolving needs of a global clientele. He stated, “Rasel caters to international events and weddings, recognizing the sophisticated tastes of today’s customers and their demand for high-quality halal food. Our service goes beyond just the food itself—we leverage our expertise to elevate the entire experience for our customers.”

Chris Loh, Co-Founder and Creative Director of Rasel Catering Singapore, emphasized the company’s comprehensive approach. He said, “We provide complete halal service solutions tailored to the event’s size, venue, and client expectations. Our customers benefit from our expert guidance and extensive experience, allowing us to handle any challenge and make their event truly unique.”

Chef Teo Yeow Siang, newly appointed as Director of Culinary at Purple Sage Group and Rasel Catering Singapore, will oversee the Rasel kitchen. Executive Chef Boey Min Hwa, chosen for the Singapore National Culinary Team, will lead the kitchen team. Chef Hwa is passionate about culinary arts and consistently refines his skills. He contributed to the Hot Cooking and Hot Present Cold categories, which won Singapore its first double gold medals, including Best Overall Champion, at the 2016 IKA Culinary Olympics in Germany.

Chef Hwa combines his Western training with Rasel’s premium offerings for a fresh perspective. He shared, “As part of a generation bridging different age groups, I understand the evolving preferences of both baby boomers and Xennials. I’m excited to transform classic dishes into innovative creations that will impress our clients’ guests."

Utilizing technology, Rasel introduced the iBox at large events to streamline food service. Attendees can order food on their phones and use a unique code to collect their meals from an iBox, reducing wait times.

Rasel remains dedicated to improving its services. The company launched Simply Buffet, an affordable option that maintains high food quality. This caters to budget-conscious customers without compromising on taste.

Tan added, “Simply Buffet complements our range of solutions. Rasel now offers an expanded menu and flexible options to meet the specific needs of our diverse clientele."
