Inspired by the Dutch “rijsttafel” – meaning “rice table” – this lunch buffet presents a diverse array of side dishes served with rice, similar to the local nasi Padang. Chef de Cuisine Faustino Jr and his team have crafted a menu designed to energize diners for the rest of the day.

Choose from various Mediterranean and Asian dishes to pair with Chef’s signature rice of the day. Options include 21 spiced basmati rice made with 21 different spices and herbs and sultana saffron rice featuring plump, sweet sultana raisins. Signature dishes include barbequed chicken with sambal squid rings, braised lamb shank, clams in Assam chilli, ikan gulai (spicy fish red curry), sayur lodeh (mixed vegetable curry), ayam masak merah (chicken in spicy tomato sauce), and Moroccan tagine highlights like saffron chicken and beef with prunes.

Additional offerings include an ice crustacean bar, a noodle station with rotating local favorites such as Singapore Nonya laksa and prawn noodle soup (made to order), and a live carving station. The carving station may feature options like NZ prime beef ribeye with 21 On Rajah’s homemade sauces, slow-cooked rock salt salmon with mustard dill sauce, or roasted lamb leg with spices. Conclude your meal with desserts like 21 On Rajah’s homemade vanilla gelato, cake of the month, various pastries, and seasonal fruits.

This nightly dinner buffet recreates the lively atmosphere of Mediterranean and Asian street markets with familiar and exotic flavors. Begin with appetizers like fattoush salad with sumac and olive oil, potato salad with turkey bacon and buffalo mozzarella, and Roma tomatoes with pesto sauce. The Arabic mezze and antipasti station allows diners to customize their own snacks.

Along with the ice crustacean bar and live carving station, enjoy dishes like seafood and chicken paella, tortilla de patatas Espanola (Spanish omelet with potatoes), and a variety of pizzas. Chef’s recommendations include the salmon fillet with quinoa and saffron splash, tagine highlights, prawn paste chicken, mixed seafood chermoula (a marinade used in Algerian, Libyan, Moroccan, and Tunisian cuisines), and grilled prawns with chili and garlic. Seafood lovers must try the slipper lobster in Singapore chili crab sauce, seabass chermoula with olive oil, braised crabmeat ee-fu noodles, and slipper lobster with salted egg.

The pasta live station provides four homemade sauces—pesto, tomato Bolognese, mushroom cream, and chili aglio olio—to pair with your choice of pasta. Weekend dinner guests can enjoy two extra stations: a DIY Singapore rojak station and a DIY kebab station.

Sweeten your palate at the churros station, waffle station, and chocolate fondue fountain with various toppings. A selection of French and local pastries and beverages are also available.
