Samsung Electronics has launched the Samsung Galaxy S20, its newest flagship device series, featuring a redesigned camera system.

The entire Galaxy S20 lineup—the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra—includes the newest 5G technology. All three devices provide both non-standalone and standalone 5G capabilities. The Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy S20 Ultra are the first to utilize both sub-6 and mmWave*, while the Galaxy S20 supports sub-6*.
Samsung recognizes the camera as the most crucial aspect for consumers choosing a new smartphone. The Galaxy S20’s innovative camera system uses artificial intelligence (AI) and boasts its most substantial image sensor yet.
Clarity
The Galaxy S20 series’ larger image sensor significantly increases camera resolution for more detailed pictures. The S20 and S20+ feature a 64 MP camera, while the S20 Ultra boasts a 108 MP camera.
These larger sensors also capture more light, improving image quality even in low-light conditions. The S20 Ultra goes further, allowing dynamic switching between a high-resolution 108 MP mode and a 12 MP mode using nona-binning technology, which combines nine pixels into one at the sensor level.

The Galaxy S20’s Space Zoom technology combines Hybrid Optic Zoom and AI-powered Super Resolution Zoom. Users can access up to 30X zoom on the Galaxy S20 and S20+ or utilize the S20 Ultra’s revolutionary folded lenses with AI-powered, multi-image processing to minimize quality loss at high zoom levels.
