Get ready for football fever this July as Arsenal, Atlético de Madrid, and Paris Saint-Germain head to Singapore for the 2018 International Champions Cup. This renowned annual tournament showcases top European football clubs competing across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Source: Sports Hub website. Three football clubs will be playing against each other at the 2018 International Champions Cup in Singapore on July 26, 28 and 30.
Beyond the three matches at the National Stadium on July 26th, 28th, and 30th, fans can immerse themselves in the excitement at the House of Football pop-up in Clarke Quay, Singapore’s vibrant nightlife and dining hub.
From July 20th to 29th, the public can enjoy a range of activities at the House of Football, coinciding with the 2018 International Champions Cup.
A highlight is the Panna cage, where participants can challenge each other one-on-one or two-on-two to nutmeg their opponent and score. Players in the decagonal cage are encouraged to maximize ball possession using all directions – forwards, backward, and sideways.
Other football-themed activities open to the public include foosball, themed nights hosted by La Liga and Paris Saint-Germain, and the opportunity to explore Club Houses featuring memorabilia from Arsenal, Atlético de Madrid, and Paris Saint-Germain.
For those who prefer to watch, freestyle performances by the Urban Street Team will be ongoing throughout the week. Food and drinks will be available from Harry’s, McGettigan’s Irish Pub, and Red Tail Bar by Zouk.
Fans hoping for a glimpse of their favorite players might get lucky, as the teams will visit the House of Football in the days leading up to the matches.
