Last week, OPPO, a global provider of smart devices, introduced its latest lineup of smartphones, including the brand’s first 5G offering, the Find X2 Pro 5G, and a new addition to its creative Reno series, the Reno3.
This unveiling follows the global online launch of the Find X2 series on March 6. The Find X2 Pro boasts a 120 Hz QHD AMOLED screen, 65 W SuperVOOC Flash Charge 2.0 technology, and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, delivering an enhanced overall photography and video experience.
OPPO Singapore’s first 5G offering features the Ultra Vision Camera System, which combines a 48 MP wide-angle lens, a 48 MP ultrawide-angle lens, and a 13 MP periscope telephoto camera, enabling the phone’s 10x hybrid zoom and 60x digital zoom capabilities.
Using the custom-designed IMX689 sensor, created exclusively by Sony, the phone’s All Pixel Omni-directional phase detection autofocus (PDAF) technology achieves 100% pixel focusing. This makes it the first smartphone to support 12-bit photo capture.
“OPPO is dedicated to delivering exceptional products that improve our users’ lives,” said Moon Yue, CEO of OPPO Singapore. “We aim to provide users with a complete 5G experience with the Find X2 Pro, which we believe will set a new benchmark for flagship smartphones.”

The Reno3 Series includes the Reno3 and Reno3 Pro. Powered by the new ColorOS 7, the Reno3 boasts a 44 MP front camera. The Reno3 Pro incorporates OPPO’s latest technology and advanced photography features into the world’s first 44 MP + 2 MP Dual Punch-hole Super AMOLED display. This design places the sensors for the front cameras in a small hole in the display, creating a less distracting look for users.
The Reno3, with its 48 MP Ultra-Clear Main Camera, 8 MP Ultra Wide-Angle lens (capturing 109-degree images), 13 MP Telephoto lens, and 2 MP Mono lens, is designed for capturing impressive photos in all lighting conditions.
The Reno3 Pro is powered by MediaTek’s Helio P95 chipset, which features an artificial intelligence (AI) processing engine for 4G smartphones. This enables enhanced portrait photography, fast and secure facial recognition, and full-body movement tracking.
The Reno3 Pro also comes equipped with a 64 MP Zoom Quadcam, consisting of a 64 MP Ultra-clear Main Camera, 13 MP Telephoto Lens, 8 MP Ultra Wide-Angle lens, and 2 MP Mono Lens. Both phones utilize Optical-Flow Sub-Pixel Registration, which aligns and calibrates sub-pixels from different frames to create a lower-resolution image with increased detail. Subpixel Interpolation then transforms this into a high-resolution image of up to 108 MP.
The Reno3’s 44 MP Ultra-Clear Main Camera and Reno3 Pro’s 44 MP+2 MP Dual Punch-hole technology work together to produce high-definition, natural-looking selfies. OPPO has included Ultra Night Mode in the front cameras. The Ultra Night Selfie Mode ensures facial clarity and brightness in low-light environments. Additionally, the Reno3 Pro’s dual lens bokeh feature improves image matting and background gradients in selfies.
Like previous models, the Reno3 series features Ultra Dark Mode, 5x Hybrid Zoom, 20x Digital Zoom, and Ultra Steady Video 2.0.
