Eclipse Hospitality Group restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau are celebrating this December with special holiday menus.

An American feast at Grand Central

Source: Eclipse Hospitality Group. Cardamom spiced snapper fillet combined with winter squash, asparagus and lemongrass broth.

Grand Central, situated on the roof of the Elements shopping mall, is offering three-course dinners for HK$368 and four-course dinners for HK$398. Start with roasted sweet potato soup or roasted beets with blue cheese mousse, poached pears, and pistachios.

For your main course, choose the classic roasted US turkey breast with cornbread stuffing, cherry balsamic jam, glazed carrots, and giblet gravy. Alternatively, enjoy US prime rib eye or a lighter cardamom spiced snapper fillet. And for dessert, don’t miss the traditional pecan pie cheesecake.

Feliz Navidad Fiesta at Coyote

The popular Mexican restaurants Coyote in Wanchai and Discovery Bay present three-course meals for HK$308 and four-course meals for HK$348.

Begin with Oaxaca seafood tomato bisque with mini cheese nachos or blackened chicken breast baked “Yucatan style.”

Entrée choices include roasted, stuffed turkey breast, Texas-Cajun rubbed lamb short-loin, or seared mahi-mahi fillet.

Enjoy a traditional Christmas dinner at McSorley’s in Soho, Discovery Bay, and Macau, as well as at The Jockey in Happy Valley. All locations offer a three-course dinner for HK$298 and a four-course option for HK$338.

Start with choices like roasted butternut squash soup with cinnamon, pumpkin seed, and pesto. For your main course, choose from salmon, braised lamb shank with roasted garlic mashed potato, baby onions, and Brussel sprouts, or the classic roast turkey. Finish your meal with oven-baked salted caramel, apple and cranberry crumble, or chocolate cake with mascarpone cheese and cinnamon chantilly cream.
