This update introduces two new search windows:
- RM Transaction Search
- SOP Transaction Search
Version 2 utilizes David Musgrave’s Visual Studio Integration Toolkit to implement specialized custom menus for each search window (requires separate download and installation).
You’ll also find these menus on the Sales and Purchasing landing pages in GP.
Access the new menus quickly with these keyboard shortcuts:
Ctrl + Shift + P: PM Transaction Search
Ctrl + Shift + R: RM Transaction Search
Ctrl + Shift + S: SOP Transaction Search
For users outside the US, the configuration file now lets you change “Customer” and “Vendor” to “Debtor” and “Creditor” if needed.
The RM Transaction Search window resembles the PM Transaction Search window, offering filters for date, customer, document number, and amount.
The SOP Transaction Search, however, features a combined filter for both Item # and Item Name.
.NET and Dexterity developers interested in contributing to GP Transaction Search are encouraged to get in touch!
