• Apps for Address Hotels + Resorts, Vida Hotels and Resorts, Palace Downtown, and Manzil Downtown are now available. These apps are personalized based on guest profiles and preferences. The Rove Hotels App will be launched soon.

• The apps connect with backend systems, providing management teams with important real-time data to improve the guest experience.

Emaar Hospitality Group has introduced five new apps as part of its mobile-first strategy to lead the industry in using technology to enhance the customer journey. These apps concentrate on specific hotels within the group, unlike common industry practices, and provide guests with complete digital interaction with the hotel through their mobile devices.

The launch of these new apps aligns with Emaar’s digital strategy of improving customer experiences and is one of several digital projects being implemented by Emaar Hospitality Group. This initiative leverages the significant potential of increased internet and smartphone use in the region. It also aligns with the aspirations of the region’s 200 million young people, who represent the next generation of travelers and business professionals.

Emaar Hospitality Group partnered with Go Find It Technologies to develop these apps. In the first phase of the Group’s digital transformation, apps for Address Hotels + Resorts, Vida Hotels and Resorts, Rove Hotels, Palace Downtown, and Manzil Downtown were developed. These apps were created considering each hotel brand’s and individual hotel’s unique guest profiles and preferences.

Olivier Harnisch, CEO of Emaar Hospitality Group, stated: “This is genuinely groundbreaking as we spearhead a new digital trend in the hospitality industry. Our guests now have all the connectivity and convenience they need for a remarkable experience at our hotels readily available on their mobile devices.

They will allow our guests to access a wide array of services on their mobile phones while providing us with real-time data. This data will help us deliver enhanced services that meet and surpass their expectations."

These five apps connect with the hotels’ booking systems, offer guests access to city guides, are integrated with social media, and send important information such as invitations to join the U By Emaar loyalty program, special promotions, relevant event updates, and much more.

The apps include expertly curated city guides highlighting daily events and activities in and around the city. This regularly updated information will make up approximately 30% of the content within each app.

Moreover, individual hotels will develop their content to interact with guests meaningfully. This will also allow marketers to promote relevant events and special offers for accommodations, dining, spa treatments, and more.
