This holiday season, Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre is offering a festive menu with an Asian flair. From November 18, 2022, through January 2, 2023, Executive Chef Chen Wei Chung and his team present a buffet at Window on the Park featuring dishes from Korea, India, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
Window on the Park, renowned for its fresh seafood and Asian cuisine, is a halal-certified restaurant that provides festive dining at reasonable prices:

The buffet includes a glazed ham with honey and citrus, a classic whole roasted chicken, and a roasted beef tomahawk. The tomahawk is prepared with whole spices to enhance its natural flavors and then roasted to lock in the moisture and taste. This special dish is available only on holidays like Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
Chef Chen has also included holiday favorites like chicken and chestnut stuffing, buttered carrot cello***, and roasted salmon fillet with crushed baby potatoes and salmoriglio*. Grilled chicken thigh with mustard Mongolian sauce and the new whole baked chicken with bulgugi sauce continue the Asian-inspired holiday offerings. This Korean-inspired dish features a spiced honey sauce and bulgugi sauce, a fermented Korean chili paste. A variety of lettuce and vegetable banchan (sides), a staple of Korean cuisine, are served alongside the chicken.
Among the holiday desserts is the Opalys** mango calamansi log cake, which combines mango and vanilla flavors. Raspberry-infused sponge cake is sandwiched between layers of pistachio-flavored nutty cream in the raspberry pistachio log cake. The traditional Holiday Inn chocolate log cake and the all-time holiday favorite, Christmas fruit cake, are also on the menu.
Festive high tea
Enjoy citrus and fresh dill Norwegian salmon mayo in a choux puff, beef pastrami on bread with pickles, and a baked mince fruit pie. Coconut citrus mint, Orelys** Coffee tart, and scones are among the sweet treats available. Traditional and cranberry scones are both served with clotted cream and strawberry jam.
