Epson Singapore recently introduced the EB-G7000 series, their newest high-brightness projectors designed for large venues. These projectors provide high-quality images with quiet operation, making them suitable for various settings like meeting rooms, lecture halls, and museums.

Featuring the latest 4K enhancements, the projectors produce brighter, more vivid images with up to 8,000 lumens of both color and white brightness. They offer three times the color brightness compared to similar single-chip projector models.

These projectors are Epson’s first to include motorized lenses, allowing for very accurate adjustments during edge blending and other specialized setups like curved screens. This also provides exceptional flexibility in projector placement. Additionally, the EB-G7000 series boasts the world’s first zero-offset ultra-short throw lens, which has a throw ratio of 0.35, making it perfect for spaces with very limited distance between the lens and the screen. This allows for projections on 100" screens from a distance of just 43cm.

The EB-G7000 series utilizes super-resolution technology to deliver crisp images even when projecting content with lower resolution. The projectors offer dynamic projection capabilities, including advanced built-in edge blending, projection onto curved and corner surfaces, and point correction, among other innovations.

Through a combination of Epson’s proprietary C2Fine (Crystal Clear Fine) Technology, inorganic LCD panels, and a specialized cooling system, the EB-G7000 series can operate continuously (24/7) without needing rest periods.

Some additional features include:

Nine optional interchangeable lenses: Offering increased installation flexibility, users can select the motorized lens best suited for their needs, and a quick-release lever ensures fast and easy lens changes.

4K enhancement technology accepts 4K signals and enhances the 1080p experience for movies. Available on select models.

With the split-screen function, users can project two different sources side-by-side. Epson’s free Moderator software allows connection of up to 50 Windows, Mac, iOS, or Android devices over a network, with the ability to display up to four simultaneously.

Full 360-degree installation flexibility, including portrait mode, enabling a wide variety of applications such as simulators, mapping, digital signage, and command center use.

Support for a comprehensive range of inputs, including HDBaseT, SDI, HDMI, DVI-D, VGA, and five-BNC, ensures easy integration with virtually any system. The projectors also support Crestron, AMX, Extron, and Control4 protocols for seamless integration into existing systems. Select models even support Art-Net DMX for lighting control in staging applications.

The projectors can emulate the control codes of other major projector brands, enabling an easy upgrade path to Epson projectors without the need to reprogram existing control systems.
