Dell introduces new laptops and monitors

Dell Singapore has launched new laptops and a monitor for consumers.

The XPS 12 is the first 2-in-1 laptop with a 4K Ultra HD display. The Inspiron 11 3000 series offers an affordable and portable laptop option available in three colors. Dell also released their first 4K consumer monitor, the Dell 28 Ultra HD 4K Monitor.

“Consumers have increasingly diverse needs. Whether it’s a student or a professional, size, power, design, and price all matter. Our expanded Inspiron and XPS lines demonstrate our commitment to delivering a wide range of user-friendly, high-value devices,” said Rakesh Mandal, Director and GM of Client Solutions at Dell South Asia and Korea.

The XPS 12 2-in-1 easily changes from a laptop to a tablet with a magnetic connection, allowing for simple, one-handed transitions. This is the only 2-in-1 on the market with a 4K Ultra HD display option, boasting 6 million more pixels than standard Full HD displays. It comes with a choice of two keyboards: the XPS 12 Premier Keyboard or the XPS 12 Slim Keyboard. Both have backlit keys, precision touchpads, and magnetic folio covers specifically made for the XPS 12. These folios act as a stand for the tablet with adjustable angles and can hold an optional Dell Active Pen.

The Dell Inspiron 11 3000 is designed for everyday use. It features the newest Intel processors, HD resolution (1,366 x 768), a 10-hour battery life, and Dell Backup and Recovery software for data protection. It comes in three colors: Bali Blue, Tango Red, and Alpine White.

The Dell 28 Ultra HD 4K Monitor (S2817Q), Dell’s first consumer Ultra HD 4K monitor, delivers incredibly sharp visuals. It features dual 9W integrated speakers and a 2 ms panel response time. Users can view content from two sources at the same time with Picture-in-Picture (PIP) and Picture-by-Picture (PBP) on a single, expansive screen.
