Collective Works, recognized as the first coworking space in Singapore’s central business district, is partnering with the prominent Asian real estate company, CapitaLand. Their joint effort will establish a new coworking space on the 12th floor of the 52-story Capital Tower in Singapore’s central business district. This space will span 22,000 square feet and accommodate up to 250 businesses.
Jonathan O’Byrne, the founder of Collective Works, a company that merges traditional business center services with the flexibility of a coworking environment, has noticed a significant increase in Asian entrepreneurs looking for personalized business solutions. “This partnership solidifies Collective Works’ leading position in the premium coworking market and will shape our expansion,” he stated. “Situated in the heart of Singapore’s renowned business district, this new space within the prestigious Capital Tower provides a unique environment for our clients, allowing them to thrive alongside fellow entrepreneurs and multinational companies.”

The 50/50 joint venture, known as Collective Works at Capital Tower, has already garnered substantial interest. Designed by Contrast Design Pte Ltd, the space boasts a cutting-edge design, offering adaptable solutions for today’s successful business executives. Whether they require a private meeting room, a dynamic brainstorming area, or an integrated media center, the space caters to diverse needs.
