The Cirque de Cuisine event will launch Dubai’s holiday season with a Winter Wonderland theme. Held on December 6th at The Avenues in Atlantis, The Palm, this all-you-can-eat-and-drink event offers early bird tickets starting at AED495 for four hours of holiday festivities.
Cirque de Cuisine gives diners the opportunity to sample signature dishes, live cooking stations, buffets, drinks, and live entertainment at a variety of restaurants. Participating venues include world-renowned establishments like Nobu by Nobu Matsuhisa, Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, Gregoire Berger’s underwater restaurant Ossiano, Ronda Locatelli by Giorgio Locatelli, and the recently opened Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Hakkasan.
Access to these signature restaurants is exclusive to Cirque De Cuisine ticket holders. All venues are conveniently located within a two-minute walk of each other.
For this event, The Avenues will be transformed into a winter wonderland, complete with Cirque le Soir performers. Fire eaters, fire blowers, feather fan dancers, magicians, a human pin cushion, and winter acrobats will roam the snow-covered walkways. Guests will be greeted by a choir singing Christmas carols under a giant wreath arch at the entrance, adorned with festive ribbons and bells. Christmas trees, snow-capped street lamps, fairy lights, and life-sized nutcrackers will line The Avenues, creating a magical atmosphere.
Guests can enjoy beverages at eight different bars located throughout the venues, including a central ‘feature bar’ in The Avenues. The festivities will continue with an after-party from 11 pm to 3 am in Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, featuring resident DJs playing Christmas classics.
Festive food offerings include:
Nobu Dubai: Roaming trays of sushi, Nobu signature dishes such as Nobu tacos, yellowtail sushi jalapeno, and black cod butter lettuce, beef tenderloin anticucho (meat-based snacks served on a skewer), a ceviche and mochi bar, and a selection of beverages. Nobu’s resident DJ, accompanied by an electronic violinist, will provide the evening’s entertainment.
Hakkasan Dubai: Signature dishes, along with selections exclusive to the Dubai location.
Bread Street Kitchen & Bar: British holiday favorites with a twist, including the signature mini turkey Wellington, truffle mac & cheese fritters with chestnuts, and roasted veal carpaccio. A British-inspired Christmas soundtrack will be performed by Bread Street Kitchen’s resident busker.
Ronda Locatelli: Traditional Italian fare including truffle risotto, baby spinach salad, homemade ravioli, caserecce pasta (shaped like a scroll folded back on itself) with duck ragu, and a selection of signature wood-fired pizzas. An Italian duo will entertain with classic Italian holiday music.
Seafire Steakhouse and Bar: Live cooking stations serving roast turkey and an Atlantis beef carvery, savory short rib donuts, Seafire Rossini (steak with foie gras), and signature dishes from the à la carte menu. A five-piece jazz band will provide a festive soundtrack.
The Lost Chambers Aquarium: Desserts by Ossiano’s Chef de Cuisine, Gregoire Berger, and the in-house pastry team. Live cooking stations will prepare caramelized “Smores” marshmallows, French croissant toast, and smoked nitro popcorn. Freakshakes (milkshakes with elaborate toppings like cake slices and pretzels), an Atlantis chocolate praline station, and a roasted chestnut station will also be available.
Atlantis, The Palm is the region’s first entertainment resort destination, situated at the center of the crescent of The Palm in Dubai, UAE. This ocean-themed resort features a range of marine and entertainment attractions, including the 46-hectare Aquaventure Waterpark with 17 hectares of waterscape amusement. One of the world’s largest open-air marine habitats is located within the resort, featuring over 65,000 marine animals in lagoons and displays. This includes The Lost Chambers Aquarium, a maze of underwater corridors and passageways that transport visitors to ancient Atlantis.
