Executive Chef Lai Tong Ping of Hai Tien Lo (海天楼) has crafted eight special reunion set menus, including a vegetarian option, to commemorate this Chinese New Year. From January 22nd to March 2nd, 2018, indulge in highlights like double-boiled fish maw with sea conch soup, bamboo pith, and Chinese cabbage, or savor the stewed classic whole abalone with sea cucumber in conpoy sauce.

Hai Tien Lo also presents six varieties of yu sheng platters, available in various sizes for both dine-in and takeaway from January 22nd to March 2nd, 2018. These include the Chef’s Recommendation of Wealth and Health yu sheng featuring imperial swiftlet’s nest, Boston lobster, and baby abalone (S$128 for four to six servings/S$188 for seven to ten servings), or the ever-popular Fortune yu Sheng with crab meat, BBQ chicken roll, and scallops (S$68 for four to six servings/S$98 for seven to ten servings).
Poon choy (pencai) at Hai Tien Lo, a dish symbolizing prosperity and luck, is available for dine-in or takeaway from January 22nd to March 2nd, 2018. Choices include the Classic Fortune Treasure Pot (S$328 for six servings/S$478 for ten servings) with high-quality ingredients like traditional stewed chicken and whole abalone, or the signature Premium Wealth Treasure Pot (S$398 for six servings/S$598 for ten servings).

From February 15th to March 2nd, 2018, Edge buffet restaurant will feature a buffet spread of traditional Chinese New Year delicacies alongside modern interpretations. Enjoy fresh seafood on ice (Alaskan king crab legs, black and green mussels, oysters), DIY Prosperity yu sheng, and five spice roasted chicken. Contemporary twists on classic favorites include baked sambal baby lobster and baked baby abalone with seafood and cheese sauce. The dessert selection features yuzu cheesecake mandarin chocolate entremet, pineapple upside-down cake, and an assortment of traditional Chinese New Year treats.
Keyaki
For a Japanese-inspired Chinese New Year experience, explore Keyaki’s take on yu sheng and three specially crafted Chinese New Year set menus. Indulge in the signature Wafu yu sheng (S$88 for one to two guests/S$128 for three to four guests), featuring tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and tobiko. A sprinkle of gold and silver flakes enhances this yu sheng, signifying auspicious blessings for the new year.
For a luxurious experience, try the Premium yu sheng (S$308, serves eight to ten persons) which includes sea urchin and lobster. Both yu sheng creations are served with a homemade ponzu sauce, a citrus-based dressing. These are available exclusively for dine-in from February 9th to March 2nd, 2018.
Choose from three set menus featuring Wagyu beef, deep-fried snow crab, and Chilled Inaniwa Udon. These are available as a six-course set (S$138 per person), seven-course (S$168 per person), or eight-course (S$188 per person) menu from February 15th to 17th, 2018.

Pacific Ballroom
The newly redesigned Pacific Ballroom is ready to host your gatherings with the Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner Package on February 15, 2018, from 7pm onwards. The package offers a Chinese New Year-themed buffet spread, unlimited soft drinks, and Chinese tea. Priced at S$98 per adult, the evening also includes live entertainment.
